My fascination with capturing my world through the lens started at a very young age. I grew up beside Regent's Park in London, and remember taking my 'toy' camera to the park on many occasions, and snapping pictures of the trees, flowers and wildlife around me.
In the 1980s, I enrolled in photography courses and workshops and had my own darkroom at home, where I developed and printed black & white photographs. (technology has come a long way since those days, and is far less messy!)
Many years have passed, but the excitement that I feel when I pick up my camera has never left me. My subjects are as diverse as God's creation, and include people & places, as well as nature and astrophotography. My main focus has gravitated towards Fine Art Portraiture. Along with traditional styles, I enthusiastically pursue ways to push the boundaries in order to create images which are more experimental.
Time stands still for no one. Today will be a memory tomorrow. I am passionate about capturing Today, so that memories will be documented for a lifetime...
